Knitted: flat
You need:
Sport / 5 ply (12 wpi) yarn in two colors about 60-80g or 230-310 yards MC and 16g or 65 yards CC
Knitting needle size US 4/3.5 mm or to obtain gauge 4“x 4“= 24 sts x 32 rows (in moss/seed st)
1 or 2 size larger needles such as US 6/4 mm for the ruffles
Abbreviations:

RS and WS – right and wrong side
K – knit
P –purl
Yo – yarn over
Kfb – knit in front and back of stitch
K2tog– knit two stitches together
